Extremely caring staff, both genuine and professional. I had zero wait time from entering the office to leaving. ZERO pain for the whole procedure and after (And I chose Novacain only for retreatment). I have felt worse after having a cavity filled than I did after this complex dental procedure.

Two other points that merit a mention. Dr. Fimple was knowledgeable, explained everything very well. He managed my expectations. I thought he communicated very well without going too far. Secondly, their equipment is clearly the newest technology. This is not like many dental offices who insist on using 10-15 yo equipment and methods. Dr. Fimple was very competent using this technology.
