Our fees are based on the quality of materials we use and the time, effort and skill required in performing your specialized treatment needs. If you have dental insurance, we will work with your insurance provider to verify your benefits and make sure you know what to expect prior to your scheduled treatment.
Full payment for services, including deductibles and estimated copayments, are due at the time of the service unless other arrangements have been made prior to treatment.
